We want you to be delighted with your timbatree and amazed by our outstanding customer service. But if you are unhappy in the slightest we would like know about it. If you wish to return your tree, report it damaged on arrival, or report an issue with your delivery please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or talk to us on 01737 336255.
If you change your mind about your purchase you can return the tree to us within 14 days, in the condition in which it arrived. We will then issue you a full refund. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the tree if it is not faulty)
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We handmake every timbatree in our workshop to exacting standards, and try very hard to deliver your timbatree to you in perfect condition. If you do receive yours with a damaged or faulty part, please email us a photo and a brief explanation. We will issue a replacement part free of charge as a priority.
